Medol is the romantic/friendship pairing of Metal and Idol. This ship was more popular at the beginning of the show before the Mina marriage was revealed but still has a small following.

Metal and Idol clashed on numerous occasions in the show, but some say that might be harboring feelings for each other underneath that. Metal and Idol's arguing came to a peak when Metal challenged her authority after Indie left Idol in charge in his absence in Breaking Up :(. After failing to function after dividing the office, Metal and Idol finally settled their differences and work together as one in Return of the Hipster. Metal even defended Idol after Loco Uno accuses her of being a poser since she hates Daughtry in Company Picnic. They seem to be on better terms after everyone gets rehired in the season 1 finale.
